Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £26,700 per annum
Location: Swindon
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 39.5 hours per week (Rotating shifts 2 weeks – earlies & lates)
  • Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Swindon Pertemps are currently recruiting in the SN5 for a customer service administrator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, this role is for you!

Key responsibilities

  • Handling customer calls, scheduling, and prioritising work

  • Managing diaries and booking appointments

  • Taking payments and processing invoices

  • Keeping customers informed of any delays or updates

  • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining records

  • Creating and processing daily reports to meet deadlines

  • Coordinating and supporting Field Support Engineers’ schedules

  • Placing warranty and service calls for engineers

  • Assisting sales teams in promoting products to customers
