I am seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to facilitate customer service operations and provide excellent service for customers.

Our client is a medium-sized organization in the industrial / manufacturing industry, based in Leeds. Renowned for their commitment to delivering high-quality products and services, they are a reputable player in their field.

Description

  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Managing complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

Profile

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong Customer Service skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Job Offer
