Our client is looking for a Customer Serviec candidate - 6 months initially then perm

* Delivering best in class service to our customers through great interactions and
effective delivery
* Using initiative and quick thinking to solve issues
* Proactively identifying any possible improvements to team processes
* Meeting internal service level KPIs
* Supporting team members and store teams as required

Description

* Efficient and effective resolution of customer issues
* Comfortable working across calls, social and written contacts
* Customer Service metrics are in line, or better, than target
* Shares themes from customer contact to enable improvements to be made
* Identifies proactive opportunities for continuous improvement from the
Customer Service team, CSO and stores
