LOCATION: Hybrid working - Must work Wednesdays from the Office in Evesham, Worcestershire, West Midlands, and the remaining time can be from either the office or from home

As the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Administrator you will be working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment acing as the first point of contact on the telephone and face to face. You will deliver an efficient, courteous, speedy and friendly customer service, providing accurate information and advice to customers on the services on offer, managing site visitors and signing for deliveries.
