What you'll be doing:
As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for contributing towards the success of the business to meet the customers' expectations and fulfilling their needs, by processing customer orders, handling customer queries effectively and professionally and making sure they have all the product information and timescales.
About the company:
Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of healthcare products in their field. They have products available to over 60 countries and are a family run business.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working as a Customer Service Advisor.
- Ability to work in a small team with limited supervision.
- To have the ability to handle queries professionally and with sensitivity.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Hours & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Objective related bonus per year.
- 38 hours per week, 1 in 8 Saturdays 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Hybrid working pattern
