Purpose of the Role
This is a high-profile role as an ambassador for the centre with retailers, customers and visitors, leading by example on the standards of customers service throughout the centre. Supporting the Duty Manager and Customer Services Manager in the delivery of customer services, including face to face, over the telephone and through digital channels. You will also be integral to the retail liaison and supporting retailers and building long lasting positive relationships, along with confident customer relationship abilities, you will be an excellent communicator, a clear decision maker and adept in the development of ideas and opportunities

Salary - £12.29 per hour
