Customer Service Advisor
Due to rapid growth my client based in Cheltenham are seeking motivated and driven Customer Service Advisor's to join their small independent team.
Reporting into the Renewals and Claims team, you will manage renewals with confidence and accuracy, whilst ensuring excellent client service is a priority. Full training and support will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Providing an excellent level of service via telephone and email.
- Managing renewals (full training provided)
- Handling and resolving client queries.
- Building client relationships
- Supporting other areas of the business during busy periods
Skills required:
- A strong customer service background.
- Strong team player
- Experience within the insurance sector is desirable but not essential.
- The willingness and motivation to pass the Cert CII, if not already done so.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
