Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
