Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 fully on-site

Salary: Basic & commission DOE

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s successful team in Bedford.

About our client:

A Bedford Based Insurance Brokers , Providing Personal Lines & Commercial Insurance Nationwide.

About the role:

You will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, complete general administration  & help the business grow & work more efficiently.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contacting potential clients & creating rapport by networking, referrals etc
  • Responding to email & social media queries
  • Implementing effective Marketing strategies  to sell new Insurance products or adjust existing products
  • Generate sales leads
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions
  • Working towards KPIs

What we would like from you:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Proactive can do attitude
  • Experience in Insurance would be advantageous however full training will be provided
