Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be providing technical support to existing customers handling a range of enquiries troubleshooting any problems providing a quick resolution for the client.
You will be working closely with other members of the business to diagnose any issues and complaints using your excellent problem solving skills whilst providing the best customer experience.
The role will be mainly telephone based and will be working from a ticket system.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
Passionate about tech and helping customers
A confident telephone manner with excellent communication
Excellent problem solving skills
A good team player and able to work off on own initiative
