Customer Service Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative skills.
Initially, you will be based full-time in onsite in West Malling for training, with the option for hybrid working afterward.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, due to the location of the site you must be able to drive and have access to your own car.
What You'll Do as the Customer Service Representative:
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
- Support and administer bespoke programs
- Promote their products and services
Key skills for the Customer Service Representative:
This role is for you if you have:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
