Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a background in the automotive industry? Look no further! My client is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Give high levels of Customer Service
  • Manage a diary of your customers and their vehicles.
  • Liaise with other departments on repairs and servicing.
  • Always remain professional.
  • Comply with dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in service advisor role
  • Passion for the automotive trade

Salary and Benefits

  • Up to £35k Basic
  • Mon - Fri - 08:00 - 18:00
