Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 9am – 5pm Mon - Fri

Salary: £24,400 plus bonus

Due to continued Growth OA are supporting our client to recruit Customer Service Advisors in St Neots. This role would suit you if you like working in a busy, fast paced role. Working in tandem with the external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for processing of orders
  • Answering a large volume of inbound calls
  • Dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.

What we would like from you:

  • Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and email
  • Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
