Our client are a thriving family business with a strong focus on design, craft, quality, and exceptional service. They are well known and highly regarded in their sector serving B2B customers across 3 Yorkshire based locations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Advisor to join their head office team based at their manufacturing facility in West Yorkshire. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work within a team of six in their superb open-plan office, collaborating closely with Finance, HR, Purchasing, Design, and Production. The role is fully office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional end-to-end customer service, handling inquiries, quotations, orders, complaints, and deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with B2B customers, predominately via email but also via phone.
  • Manage a diverse range of customer orders, from small requests to significant stock orders.
  • Send out product samples and liaise with the factory regarding orders and raw materials.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the business to ensure seamless customer experience.

Person Specification:

  • Strong communicator with a passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Hardworking, ambitious, and driven with the ability to adapt to changing workloads.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, willing to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Ideally, has experience in manufacturing or exposure to a factory environment.
  • Understanding of fabrics and designs is beneficial but not essential.
