Customer Service Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Permanent Customer Service Advisor to join a leading rural insurance company based in Winchester. This is a full time, permanent position and an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business with plenty of progression available.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel to their Winchester and Wickham branches.

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Provide first class support to existing clients, supporting with policy renewals
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve common goals and objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, upsell additional products or services
- Develop long term, profitable relationships
- Being attentive to customers needs, delivery exceptional levels of customer care to ensure business is retained
- Processing and co-ordinating customer service related matters
- Develop a thorough understanding of their insurance products and services

Requirments for this role:
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Experience within an insurance industry is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional level of customer service
- Self stater who is able to show drive and hunger to achieve
- A real team player
- Own transport due to rural location and requirement to travel

Key Points:
- £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Full time, permanent position
