Customer Service Advisor / Renewals Advisor

£24k- £28k per annum

Bradford, West Yorkshire

Monday - Thursday 9am- 5:30pm Friday 10am-4pm - No weekends and who doesn't like an early finish on a Friday!

We are proud to be working with an international business within the financial services sector, who operate with customers across the world! They are at the top of their game, and wanting to expand their teams further.

You will be based at our Bradford office and be part of a small but highly skilled team of Customer service and Renewals Advisors. This is a financial services business so upholding the highest standards is imperative and whilst you will be having service and sales conversations you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

On a daily basis you will handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products at all times ensuring the best outcome for the customer.

Previous experience in a Telephone based Customer Service or Sales role is essential, however, whilst previous experience from a financial services environment is desirable it is absolutely not essential, all telephone based customer service, renewals or sales backgrounds will be considered.
