Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bidford-On-Avon
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type : Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time Hours, Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm
Must be able to drive to get to location
Working as a Customer Service Advisor you will be delivering a professional service to online customers & prospects by ensuring web orders are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely processing of orders from various online platforms
- Responding email inbox queries
- Ensure orders are being followed from initial entry, through to despatch and pick up
- Making sure that the customer receives updates
- Actioning refunds and raise return notes and credit requests
- Understand and implement the clients minimum order value policies
- Lead the maintenance and growth of eBay product listings
Skills and Experience needed:
- Experience in a similar position is essential
- Good Excel skills would be an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
