Salary: £12,636 based on 20 hrs per week.
Location: Gosport
Hours of work: 20 hours per week Monday - Saturday, 20 hours to be worked any time between 9am until 5:30pm (including school friendly hours!!)
 
Dynamite recruitment is proud to be working with one of the UK’s most successful businesses. Our clients have multiple sites across the UK and due to expansion, they are now looking to increase the Customer Service team at their Gosport site on a part time basis.
 
As a Part time Customer Service advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
  • To answer calls from customers to assist them with their enquiries whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • Greet customers who come in person.
  • Dealing with queries with accounts.
  • Liaising with various internal departments.
  • To keep track of customer transactions.
  • Handling inbound written and verbal customer issues and finding the best solution.
  • Use the internal system to monitor and update customer accounts.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
  • Experience of helping customers on the telephones
  • Will pride themselves on going the extra mile for a customer
  • Previous call-centre experience would be an advantage
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to verbal communication with confidence
  • Excellent standard of written English and experience of drafting letters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to deal with difficult situations and conversations, and show empathy  
  • Active listener who can understand and identify customer needs whilst delivering exceptional service
