Overview:
As an Administrative Services team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing various administrative tasks, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and utilizing your IT skills to support daily operations.

Duties:
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage schedules and appointments efficiently.
- Provide excellent administrative support to ensure seamless office operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Maintain organizational systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with the team to support IT-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with a diverse audience.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with IT systems and software applications.
