Join Our Team as a Senior Customer Advisor at Lloyds Banking Group!

Location: Edinburgh, Citymark 150 Fountainbridge Office
Division: Investment, Pensions & Insurance (IP&I)
Contract: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm)
Pay Rate: £13.49 per hour
Work Style: Hybrid (at least two days per week in the office after training)
Training: Comprehensive 6-8 week training program at our modern Edinburgh city centre
office

About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic
and supportive work environment? Join us as a Senior Customer Advisor and play a crucial
role in supporting millions of Lloyds Banking Group's Life, Pensions, Investments, and
General Insurance customers. Based in our Health Claims or Protection support team, you'll
handle complex enquiries and perform essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries with empathy and a commitment to resolving issues at first touch
whenever possible.
* Provide critical services, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
* Act with skill and diligence, treating customers sensitively and helping them move forward
with their futures.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a caring and supportive work environment.
* Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer journeys and experiences.

* Situational behavioural/judgement testing (11 questions)
* One-way competency-based interview (6 questions via video link)
* 15-minute Microsoft Teams interview with Lloyds
* Pre-offer and vetting process
