  • Annual Salary: £27,000 (increasing to £28,000 after probation) + approx. £1,500 discretional bonus

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a global manufacturing business renowned for its excellent reputation within its field. This role is based in a vibrant, friendly, and relaxed customer service team and is ideal for someone looking for a short commute in Halesowen.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handling a variety of incoming enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Processing sales orders received via phone calls and emails.
  • Managing the customer service email inbox and making proactive calls as necessary.
  • Raising invoices and obtaining purchase order numbers from invoice contacts.
  • Following up on delivery updates for sales made and checking stock levels.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Liaising with several different departments within the organisation.
  • Performing general administrative tasks including scanning and filing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ideally based local to Halesowen.
  • Flexible with working hours, with some potential future requirement to cover hours between 0700-1700.
  • Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Competence with general IT packages and strong telephone management skills.
