The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and play an important role in ensuring our customers always receive the best service. If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, problem-solving, and working in a supportive, family-oriented environment, we’d love for you to join us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer care across telephone, email, and live chat (often simultaneously)

  • Responding to queries quickly and professionally

  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers

  • Identifying tap parts with high accuracy - attention to detail is essential to ensure the correct part is provided to customers

  • Taking phone orders and accurately entering data

  • Solving problems creatively and keeping customers informed

  • Learning and maintaining product and service knowledge

  • Handling complaints tactfully, both written and verbal

  • General admin duties - order processing, data entry

  • Collaborating closely with our small, supportive team

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service/admin role (essential)

  • Reliable, proactive, and highly organised

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail - especially in identifying the correct parts for customer orders

  • Excellent memory - there is a large volume of product knowledge to learn and remember
  • Good at managing time and prioritising tasks

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Comfortable using computers and email - willing to learn new systems

  • A fast learner who can hit the ground running
