The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and play an important role in ensuring our customers always receive the best service. If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, problem-solving, and working in a supportive, family-oriented environment, we’d love for you to join us.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering excellent customer care across telephone, email, and live chat (often simultaneously)
Responding to queries quickly and professionally
Acting as the main point of contact for customers
Identifying tap parts with high accuracy - attention to detail is essential to ensure the correct part is provided to customers
Taking phone orders and accurately entering data
Solving problems creatively and keeping customers informed
Learning and maintaining product and service knowledge
Handling complaints tactfully, both written and verbal
General admin duties - order processing, data entry
Collaborating closely with our small, supportive team
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service/admin role (essential)
Reliable, proactive, and highly organised
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong attention to detail - especially in identifying the correct parts for customer orders
Good at managing time and prioritising tasks
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable using computers and email - willing to learn new systems
