gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment business are currently looking for X5 Customer Service/ Contact Centre Advisors for one of our clients based in Avonmouth. Due to increased workload, our client is in need for additional staff and might offer a permanent contract for the right candidate after a 3-month period.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle a broad range of calls on daily basis, the work is varied and can be challenging, however a full training and support will be provided so you can succeed in the role. Within the team growth, there might be an opportunity for progression into higher positions.
What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
- Dealing effectively and efficiently with all Customer Service-related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel.
- Working closely with other areas of the business, maintaining and developing collaborative relationships to support our customers.
- Developing your product knowledge so you can help customers with technical queries.
- Staying updated on marketing and promotional activities.
- Undertaking any additional Customer Service-related business activities including dealing with 1st line complaints.
About You
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to show the following skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Active listening.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to details.
- Previous Customer Service experience is beneficial, however a full training will be provided.
