Customer Service Advisors
Do you possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service?
If so, our client a market leader in their industry are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
You will:
- Have previous experience in a customer service role
- Have great organisational skills, and also have an eye for detail, especially when managing customer details
- Be proficient with Microsoft applications such as word & excel
- Have excellent communication skills (oral & written)
-Have strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
-Have the ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience
The hours of work will be between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday (shifts will be 8am - 4pm or 12pm - 8pm)
