Customer Service and Fleet Accounts Executive / £27,000 / Gravesend

My client, a leading global distributor, is seeking a Customer Service and Fleet Accounts Executive to support both the Customer Service team and UK Fleet Contracts. This will involve supporting Business Development Managers as they aim to win new contracts and developing relationships with customers across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service, dealing with orders, queries and complaints
  • Being the first point of contact for customers / clients including; distributors, end-users, service partners etc.
  • Communicating with 3rd parties, customers and internal departments such as: Sales Operations, Customer Services, Engineering
  • Maintaining systems and ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Support the field sales teams in providing quotes and documentation as required and arranging fittings.
  • Proactively solve problems that may arise and carefully manage customer expectations throughout

Essential skills and experience:
  • 3+ years proven customer services experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Use and development of customer services systems
  • Effective inter-departmental worker
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and positive approach
  • International experience is desirable but not essential

Package:
  • £27,00 per annum
