Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading waste management company in their search for a Customer Service Assistant to work from their site in Wrexham

For the successful Customer Service Assistant our client is offering:

  • Salary up to £23,795.20 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 40 hours (09:00 - 17:30)
  • Permanent position
  • Benefits: Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension

The role - Customer Service Assistant:

  • Responsible for assisting the customer service executive within the sales department
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding their orders and deliveries
  • Prepare samples for dispatch
  • Assist with the front of house operations; main line telephone coordination
  • Administer the system with new data and customer information
  • Problem solve delivery and dispatch queries

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Assistant:

  • Previous exposure working within a service / customer service role - ESSENTIAL
  • Confident and outgoing - ESSENTIAL
  • Any exposure working in a production / manufacturing establishment - DESIREABLE
  • Good organisation & a self starter with good initiative to pick up tasks within a busy service office
  • Team Player 

Key skills or similar Job titles: Retentions Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Complaint Hander, Account Manager, Post-Sales Account Manager 

Commutable From: Wrexham, Chester, Deeside
