Description
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be first point of contact for lenders, borrowers and legal firms regarding the remortgage process.
You will be dealing with inbound calls assisting with a variety of enquiries ensuring these are resolved swiftly and promptly so the file can progress.
The role will be dealing with financial organisations to obtain information needed and you will work closely with other members of the business ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
Profile
Ideally some customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality
A confident telephone manner
Able to work towards strict deadlines and targets
Passionate about providing the best level of customer service
A good team player
