Purpose:
Provide excellent customer service across internal, external, UK, and overseas clients. Ensure timely processing of orders, stock, and customer queries, while supporting other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and manage customer enquiries
• Set up and maintain customer records and price lists
• Process sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documentation
• Manage loan sets, consignment stock, and returned goods inspections
• Perform stock transactions, cycle counts, and works order processing
• Support tender submissions and general office duties

Skills and Attributes:
Team player with strong attention to detail
Organised, quick learner, good telephone manner
Experience (Desirable):
Customer service, stock/warehouse experience
Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and database systems
