Customer Service Coordinator
£23,500 - £25,000 per annum - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm - Company Pension - Annual Bonus - Onsite parking
Due to exciting expansion, this leading Biggleswade based organisation are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join their established team and play a key role to support business growth.
This is a busy role with varied daily duties where you will deliver the highest standards of customer care via telephone and email, resolving queries, administering bookings, raising delivery paperwork and other tasks as required.
Customer Service Coordinator - Job Overview
- Provide the highest levels of customer service and assist in the smooth running of day to day operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for an allocated customer base via phone and email
- Administering bookings, stock and queries
- Raising delivery paperwork
- Develop customer relationships to promote loyalty and retention

- Proven experience within a customer focused role
- Ability to build and develop strong relationship skills
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Proficient in MS packages, and ability to grasp new systems
