Customer Service Coordinator
A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company, near Thorne, as a Customer Service/Sales Coordinator.
THE ROLE:
Dealing with customer email queries.
Speaking with clients over the telephone.
Build rapport with clients and develop relationships.
Processing sales orders.
Maximising sales opportunities.
All associated sales administration.
Managing own accounts and developing of portfolio.
THE CANDIDATE:
Essential:
MS Office skills (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel).
Must have previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and professional telephone manner.
Adaptable and works well under pressure.
Capable.
Confident.
Enthusiastic.
Can-do attitude.
