This successful and well-established business is looking for a customer service coordinator to join their team. They're a well-known business and very successful in their field and industry.

Your new role
You will be responsible for processing orders, providing quotes, raising invoices, handling queries and issues. You will also be responsible for managing documents, including import and export documents, and ensuring that correct documents are supplied for customs. You will be liaising with other departments, including account managers, procurement, sales team and finance.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working in a customer service coordination role that involves working within supply chain or logistics will help you succeed in this role. You have great customer service skills, along with great attention to detail and organisation. You can work well to tight deadlines and can work under pressure. You're proactive in your approach and happy to help.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a great salary of £25,000+ depending on experience. You will also receive a great benefits package including 25 days' holiday plus bank, pension, buy and sell holiday scheme and more. After training, you will also be able to work from home 2 days a week. Car parking is also available.
