We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the customer support processes and delivering a first-class experience to their valued customers.

Description of the role:

  • Accurately input and manage data on the delivery portal to ensure timely and precise order processing
  • Communicate with customers by sending delivery confirmation emails, providing them with the necessary information about their orders.
  • Handle online order entry tasks, including access checks and addressing stock issue queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments as needed to facilitate order fulfilment and address customer needs.
  • Respond to incoming calls from customers, providing assistance or forwarding calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Strive to guarantee that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience with our products and services.


About you:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
