A new opportunity has arisen for a customer service coordinator with a regional developer in Devon. With an excellent reputation and build quality they are now seeking an additional member of the team!

Joining an established team you will report to the manager day to day and be responsible for:
  • Receiving incoming calls from customers
  • Making outgoing calls with customers
  • Action and arrange for defects work to be carried out by internal operatives and external contractors in a timely manner.
  • Assess and decide if warranty claims are valid and decline if necessary.
  • Obtain quotes for chargeable work and order materials.
  • Collate property information packs for housing associations.


Attributes and experience required:
  • You will need to have a strong background in delivering excellent customer service, ideally this will be within housebuilding/construction but not essential as training will be given
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise jobs and work under pressure
  • Maintain accurate records and accurate data entry
  • Work on own initiative and within a team
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Strong IT skills and accustomed to using Microsoft package
  • A high attention to detail is required as this is a fast paced role


What’s of offer:
  • Competitive salary DOE ranging from £23k - £28k, plus a number of benefits
  • Office based however after successful probation working from home is on offer up to 2 days a week at the managers discretion
  • Full time hours 08:00 – 17:00 with 30 minute lunch.
