Look no further, my Cirencester based client are looking for a vibrant and dynamic individual to join them on a 12- month fixed term contract to assist the existing Customer Service team.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Liaise with clients and customers through telephone, email and letter
- First point of contact for members
- Deal with enquiries from all departments, working as a team to come to quick outcomes and results for clients.
- Manage all contract amendments.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members
- Strong team player
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
