Customer Service Executive

Full Time - Permanent

Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.30pm

Salary is dependent on experience

Outskirts of Swindon

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our busy client based on the outskirts of Swindon.

Typical activities

  • Building of all packages prior to them going on sale
  • Ensuring all information is accurately recorded for other departments
  • Frequent audits of elements to ensure information is accurate
  • Working to ensure a smooth day to day running of the system and highlighting any areas that are not performing correctly or need enhancing
  • Assisting sales and admin with any discrepancies
  • Building good working relationships across the business in order to deliver to appropriate timescale.

Skill set required:

Essential

  • Eye for accuracy and detail
  • Approachable, with a willingness to help
  • A want to learn and develop
  • Willing to commit time and effort in to making the system run smoothly
