Are you comfortable engaging with clients via phone and face to face?

Are you looking for a permanent and full-time role in Hexham?

We are pleased to be recruiting for a successful and well-established client with a branch in Hexham city centre.

Recruiting for a customer service consultant to work in branch supporting with general enquiries, transactions, following up with telephone requests.

You will be comfortable at identifying client needs and identifying opportunities for up/cross sell.

Working full time, Monday to Saturday office hours.

Salary of £24,658.
