Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading waste management company in their search for a Customer Service Executive to work from their site in Bretton. 

For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:

  • Salary up to £25,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm
  • Permanent position
  • Benefits: Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension

The role - Customer Service Executive:

  • Responsible for managing customer requests for skip hire and sales
  • Assist customers with their invoice queries and pricing for their orders
  • Collect overdue payment and revenue 
  • Contact customers regarding overdue invoices
  • Manage any complaints or changes of details 

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:

  • Previous office based customer service experience - ESSENTIAL 
  • Managing complaints / problem solving - ESSENTIAL
  • Knowledge of the waste industry / services industries - DESIREABLE 
  • IT Literacy / MS Office Packages & Administration Capability - ESSENTIAL
