Customer Service Executive

Salary: up to £28,000 DOE

Location: Oxford

Overview:

To support their rapid growth, our Client is looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates who want to make an immediate impact to their business as a Customer Service Executive at their Facility in Oxford. Perfect role If you're passionate about delighting your customers and get a real kick out of delivering the very best customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Monitor and expedite customer orders through the business to ensure on time delivery
  • Proactively communicate late deliveries to customers
  • Liaise with customers to identify production requirements
  • Communicate customer production requirements to the Supply Chain Team agreeing customer delivery dates
  • Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific customer enquiries within 24 hours
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and third-party stake holders
  • Facilitate customer responses across the business within a maximum of 24 hours
  • Prepare Management Reports
  • Process and manage customer orders via their MRP system

About you:

·Experience of providing customer service in a Manufacturing or B2B role

·A passion for delivering exceptional experiences for our customers

·The ability to listen, empathise, build rapport and understanding for our customers

·Someone who enjoys taking ownership of queries to get them resolved

·Strong verbal and written communication skills

·A keen eye for detail

·Excellent Computer Literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems

·Enjoys working in a team environment
