Customer Service Executive
  • Annual Salary: £25,000 (reviewed after probation)
  • Location: Fareham, PO16
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who is determined, tenacious, and professional, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service within the hospitality supply industry. If you are an approachable and adaptable individual with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive self-starter approach, we want to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support our clients and warehouse team by onboarding new accounts and managing key tasks for new and existing clients.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to ensure client satisfaction and handle inbound calls to address any issues.
  • Take client orders across various supply areas and ensure the best service from suppliers.
  • Update client record files on the CRM system and use our stock and order system to fulfill orders.
  • Work within a varied role that offers fresh and exciting challenges daily, requiring exceptional organisation skills and a precision eye for detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Energetic, self-motivated with a desire to make an impact.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident, resilient, and capable of self-managing both time and priorities.
  • Diligent with a keen eye for detail, including identifying errors.
  • Excellent telephone manner and experience in a Customer Care setting.
