POST- are looking to hire an Outbound Customer Service Executive for an incredibly successful tech market-leader.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing team and it will offer the right candidate a change to grow their career with a brilliant business.

This is a hybrid role, where you will work 2 days a week from our client's Newcastle Office with 3 days from home.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. This isn't a contact centre role, you won't be on a dialler. It's a fun fast-faced environment with a happy, high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing as an Customer Service Executive:

  • Progressing applications for prospective customers and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
  • Making and receiving phone calls consistently throughout the day, and sending emails to chase responses to correspondence
  • Assessing emails and documents
  • Educating customers and assisting them in providing necessary information
  • Completing detailed and accurate final reports to make recommendations to our clients based on the information gathered.
  • Achieving targets and KPIs relevant to email turnaround time and the number of final reports provided to our clients.

What we need to see from you:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills - you will be confident talking on the telephone and in person, be professional and approachable.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • The ability and drive to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment where you may need to adapt to business developments and customer needs.
  • A confident approach to managing varying workloads.
  • A good level of written communication skills and the ability to make accurate records.
  • Experience of managing your own workload.
  • The motivation to achieve personal goals as well as those of the wider team, department and business.
  • The ability to demonstrate good judgement and a decisive mindset.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and build on feedback.
  • The ability to follow defined processes with clear accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiasm to be part of and drive our client's culture
