An established organisation is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working and is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in customer service within an office-based environment.

Day to day of the role:
  • Answering phone calls and managing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Engaging in customer interaction to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve issues and maintain supply chain efficiency.
  • Keeping the customer database updated with accurate and current information.
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support the customer service function.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role within an office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management systems.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
