Recruit UK is hiring for a leading UK Wealth Management firm who hold a long standing yet forward thinking position in the market, taking great care and thought to be an employer of choice. They provide clear financial advice and investment management services to professionals, business owners, charities, families, and employers. They are hiring for an Customer Support Executive to clients and support the wider business through effective and quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client queries via phone, email, online messaging, and post
  • Manage and archive documentation for appropriate records keeping
  • Assist clients with digital assets: online portal, mobile app, website

Skills and Attributes:

  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive with multitasking abilities
  • Understanding of savings and investments is desirable.

Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Understand and practice effective risk management
  • Proactively resolve issues and escalate as needed
  • Liaise with Compliance to resolve complaints
