My Client is redefining home interiors with our innovative and design-forward approach to furniture. We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Assistant to join our growing Sales team.
Responsibilities
Acting as the front-line digital interface with customers via email and telephone.
Managing digital customer interactions for all communication channels via Gorgias.
Managing sales leads and providing expert product knowledge to convert sales.
Managing all post-purchase support and answering "where is my order" queries.
Assisting with assembly and product fault queries for delivered sofas.
Assisting with the sale and management of Ex Display and Clearance stock.
Speaking to all potential cancelation and return customers.
