Page Group are working with a key client who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager to join them at their Sheffield based offices
Description
- Direct leadership and management of Customer Service team (6fte) responsible for managing customer journey from quotation through to after-sales
- Conduct regular reviews of SOP's to identify areas for improvement that will reduce time, cost or improve service levels
- Create and Implement KPI's across the team
- Take ownership of customer issues with a view to resolve as soon as possible
- Work collaboratively with other areas including Production, supply chain, distribution and sales
- Manage and allocate workload across the team to ensure orders are processed within agreed timescales
- Create and present reports on CS performance
Profile
- Experience in a similar Customer Service Management role
- Strong people manager
- Understanding of a customer supply chain
- Stakeholder management across varying levels
