Hours: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Manager to support its fast paced and changing environment.

The role requires excellent time management, organisational skills and a solution-focused approach. Operating within a tightly knit team with strong interpersonal dynamics, the ideal candidate should be sociable and enjoy contributing to a positive office environment. This is a fantastic multifaceted role which encompasses Customer Escalations, Vendor Management, Internal process management & Project Management.

Customer Service Manager - Responsibilities

Escalation Management

• Client escalations - Private & Confidential in nature
• Escalations - lesson learned/debrief/documented
• Team Escalations - Triage
• Internal Stand ups - booking meetings/agendas/inviting the right people/follow-ups - facilitate

Vendor Management

• Queries/escalations - contacts and understanding the way to get an answer
• Major incidents
• Commercials - finance person to assist.
• Relationships- booking meetings/agendas/inviting the right people/follow-ups

Directors

• Ad Hoc support to directors as required

Customer Service Manager - Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and well-established organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders
• Be proactive and a problem solver
• Be able to work quickly and multi-task where required
• Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills would be a bonus
• Ideally, be interested in technology and learning the business functions
• Experience working in a fast-paced business
• Experience in Project Management may be beneficial
