£12.18 per hour pay rate

Bournemouth location

37 hours per week

Remote working but must live near Bournemouth to apply, as office attendance for training and meetings

We are seeking experienced call centre and customer service advisors for these positions.

You will be dealing with volume calls, handling complaints, queries, and there is some administration involved, emails, logging details and also escalating queries and sign posting.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have worked within a receptionist role, or within a call centre environment.

You will have an excellent command of English both written and verbal

Basic IT skills, MS office and accurate Data Entry skills.

Must be able to act with empathy
