We are recruiting for a number of call centre-based Customer Service Advisors. July Starts!

Based in office
Springburn Glasgow

37.5 hrs per week (Full Flexibility required)

This is a 12 week temporary assignment with some opportunities for longer fix term contracts. You will be joining a National and dynamic forward-thinking company, with great onsite facilities, free parking a superb team-based culture and excellent customer service, call centre training.

The role involves taking inbound calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints through various channels such as telephony and online services. You must have previous experience of using multiple systems for this role.

The right candidates would need to:
Be resilient
Be friendly and polite
Have excellent computer skills
Be able to work under pressure
Be comfortable with high volumes of calls

Previous Call Centre/Customer Service experience is essential. There will be 2 weeks of initial training

***NO annual leave to be considered for the entirety of the 12-week contract***

***This role will be working all Saturdays***

Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week between:-
8am-6:30pm Monday to Friday
8am-3pm Saturday
£11.77ph

Hours of work will be based around a rota that will be provided 4 weeks in advance - any outside appointments must be worked around the shift pattern.

Security vetting would also be required for this position which will be discussed upon application.
