The package for Customer Service Renewals Advisor:

We are looking for a talented and driven Customer Service Renewals Advisor to join our established team in our Manchester call centre dealing with inbound and outbound calls offering great customer service, and up selling at every opportunity.

The Customer Service Renewals Advisor will need customer service and call centre experience, and also the ability to be able to cross-sell and up-sell, so a sales background is also highly advantageous!

For the role, we require:

  • Customer service experience in a call centre environment
  • Someone highly motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Financial services background is also beneficial
