R13 are thrilled to be partnering with a reputable business as they look to grow their team with the recruitment of several Customer Service Representatives. Within this role you will be providing outstanding customer service, resolving problems and organising works/services to be done.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £26,208 per annum.

The day to day:

  • Handling high volume incoming calls from customers/external partners
  • Identifying customer problems and finding solutions where possible
  • Booking in works/services to be done
  • Signposting customers/external partners where needed.
  • Responding to incoming emails
  • Liaising with customers via live chat or social platforms.
  • Using multiple IT systems, maintaining accuracy

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a call centre/customer service environment.
  • Confident telephone manner, empathetic approach to customer service.
  • IT literate (including Microsoft suite) & open to learning new systems.
  • Good team player enjoys working in a buoyant work atmosphere.
  • Forward-thinking, and adaptable.
