Customer Service Representative

£25,000 plus bonus

Sheridan ward is delighted to be on the lookout for a new Customer Service Representative, to join one of our amazing and well established clients who are based in Southall!

They are looking for someone who has a wealth of customer service experience within an office environment!

Do you have experience answering a high call volume? Do you have experience dealing with customer queries? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills?

Customer Service Representative Duties:

Dealing with inbound calls
Responding and dealing with customer queries
Making sure customers details are logged correctly
Amending customers’ orders if required
Monitoring customer returns
Working with the sales team
